Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
- Item must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Parts (from our Parts menu category) – These are considered final sale due to their specialized nature
- Any used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your return/exchange request
- Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to our Colorado Springs facility using a trackable shipping service
- Receive your refund or exchange – See details below

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges will be shipped once the returned item is received and processed. Standard shipping times apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and some remote regions), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable.
