Shipping Information
Processing Time: 1-2 business days after order confirmation
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)
We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions where delivery may be restricted.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our water sports equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Parts (from our Parts menu category) – These are final sale due to their specialized nature
- Any used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your request
- Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to our Colorado Springs facility using a trackable method
- Receive your refund or exchange (see details below)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Typically 3-5 business days after arrival at our facility
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order details. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please note that any customs fees or import taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable.
